As operator, set activity for an agent

In CallGuide Agent, support function UnifinderCtrlAltA opens and closes the Activity tab, to the right of the search result.

Select relevant person(s) in the search result.

Open the Set activity window and, in the Activity tab click on the plus button or press CtrlAltH.

In the Set activitywindow,

  1. pick a reason for the absence, such as meeting,
  2. specify any times and extra information,
  3. save with Apply.

If an activity cannot be set you will get information about the reason.

To change or remove an activity:

  1. Double click in the pane with the activity or browse to the pane with and press .
  2. Change activity, time etc.
  3. Remove the activity with the No activity radio button.
  4. Save with Apply.
